About Liliya Webb, PsyD
Bringing clarity and insight to your child’s unique needs.
Welcome! I’m Dr. Liliya, a licensed clinical psychologist serving Oregon and Washington and the owner of Webb Psychological Services. I specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and evaluations for children, teens, and young adults ages 6 and up.
As a parent, you want your child to thrive in every aspect of life—from excelling in school to building meaningful friendships and managing emotions with confidence. If you're feeling uncertain about what's behind your child's struggles, I'm here to help you find clarity. With personalized, evidence-based strategies, we’ll move beyond the guesswork and focus on what matters most: your child's well-being and success.
You’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to click, and you're left wondering—
What am I missing?"
Maybe you’ve tried everything, yet nothing seems to work, leaving you feeling frustrated and alone. Watching your child struggle is heartbreaking, especially when it feels like no one truly understands what you’re going through.
You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to help you uncover what’s really going on, so you can better support your child and move forward with clarity and confidence.
HOW I CAN HELP
Every child deserves the chance to thrive—and I’m here to help make that happen.
Navigating the world of parenting can feel like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces—especially when it comes to understanding your child’s emotional, behavioral, social, or academic challenges. With a doctorate in clinical psychology and years of hands-on experience in schools, hospitals, and family settings, I understand firsthand the challenges that children and families face—and how overwhelming and discouraging it can feel.
I specialize in evidence-based, comprehensive assessments that go beyond surface-level symptoms. My goal is to help you uncover the deeper issues affecting your child, all while creating a safe, supportive space where they can feel comfortable enough to truly be themselves. By examining how your child’s emotions, behavior, and academic performance intersect, I provide clear, actionable insights to guide you toward the best path forward.
