Dr. Webb distinguishes herself by providing personalized evaluations designed to address the distinct needs of each child.

Webb Psychological Services was established to simplify the evaluation process and support all children as they grow. Dr. Webb’s primary goal is to provide evidence-based, thorough, and compassionate services.

Webb Psychological Services embraces a positive, strengths-based approach to assessment, focusing on uncovering and leveraging the unique abilities and potential of each child.

Meet Dr. Liliya Webb

Owner and Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Liliya Webb is a licensed clinical psychologist with active licenses in both Oregon and Washington. She earned her doctorate from George Fox University which is fully accredited by the American Psychological Association. She continued and completed a clinical internship in Seattle, Washington through the National Psychology Training Consortium where she provided behavioral health support to patients of all ages. Her postdoctoral residency focused on evaluations, crisis support, and treatment of mood disorders. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Webb has made impactful contributions in diverse clinical settings which have included the public-school systems, family medicine clinics, hospital settings, and behavioral health agencies. This background in multidisciplinary teams allows. Dr. Webb to work seamlessly with medical providers and educators to support her clients. 

Specializing in comprehensive assessments, Dr. Webb work focuses primarily on children, adolescents, and young adults aged 7 to 25. She is dedicated to providing insight into functioning in order to empower children and their families with tools to build confidence and mastery. 

In her psychotherapy practice, Dr. Webb works with children and young adults through a supportive and empathetic framework. Her primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Webb often supports youth through experiences of depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

Outside of work, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with her family and dogs (Henry and Fluffy). She enjoys flower arranging, cooking Russian food, serving at her church, and traveling.
